What does AgentLine actually do?

It's a phone number with an AI agent on it. When someone calls, it answers in your business's voice — helps them, books them, or takes a message — and texts you the lead. When someone texts, it replies and captures them too. You give out one number; it never misses a call.

Will it sound robotic?

No. It uses natural, human-sounding voices (you can even bring or clone your own). Most callers don't realize it's AI — and you can hear a live demo of it answering as your business before you ever commit.

Does it replace my receptionist?

You do. Transcripts, recordings, and documents are written to storage you control — your own AWS bucket, encrypted with your keys, if you want. We keep the line running; you keep everything on it. Need it stricter? Run the AI on your own cloud (Bedrock).

Is it secure?

Yes — encrypted in transit and at rest, your data segmented and never shared. Enterprise plans support your own keys (KMS), your own cloud, and SSO.
